I see people here saying yes, yes without understanding what Paul was trying to say. If you don't get married how do you expect to bring fort children? through the sin of fornication, or sexual immorality or what! If your parents did not get married before God how would you, I mean you, including pastor Chris come into being!
I don't know the reason he divorced his wife. But as someone who claimed to be serving God and married to a woman, he is not suppose to divorce. Let him not try to defend the sin he committed by misquoting paul. The Bible said he who finds a wife finds a good thing, God said in the book of Genesis, multiply and replenish the earth. If you don't get married before God, how do you expect to produce ofsprings and to replenish the earth! Do you then produce babies out of wedlock through fornication and sexual immorality!! People should be careful who they listen to. It is only where there is no fear of God that Satan comes in to destroy a marriage. Otherwise, marriage is a perfect thing in the eyes of God.

Paul was referring to those who have a special calling to serve the Lord. That if you know that having a wife will distract you from didicating fully to the service and if you can cope, stay alone. It is just his own opinion. But Chris is telling people that there is hell in marriage. Of course there is if you don't serve God in truth and in spirit, Satan will come in and destroy your marriage.
Now listen to God's commandments that Paul was a witness to:
1 Corinthians 7:10-11 (KJV) And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:
But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
The rest of the things Paul said was his personal opinion using his services to the Lord as an example. You cannot tell ordinary people not to get married, yet they will hide in secret mastubating and committing Sin. Are you saying that God made man and a woman to be looking at each other like pilar? When two married couples are truly born again Christian and they have the fear of God in them, I tell you, that marriage will always fourish and will stand the test of time. Even when Satan will try to break the marriage he will fail because God is involved. Get married and stop living in the sin of fornication and mastubation. If you say you don't want to marry but you are married in the spirit and you have sex in your dream with evil spirits, that is spiritual death because you soul is always defiled by Satan. Everyone need to live right before God to obtain God's best for our lives.

The Bible didn’t say Moses divorce his wife but they were separated. Moses was completely separated from Homs wife to serve God. Pastor Chris lives God so much too he may not say it all but my spirit says he has to divorce his wife to serve God more.

Christianity does not permit divorce and remarriage. What ever you are going through in your marriage is your cross you should carry to the end. Separation is allowed, but not to marry until one spouse is dead. Truth is bitter.
Marriage is a covenant, we can’t break it. God had a covenant with Abraham, so He didn’t break it , even the Israelites have done all these sins against God.
