There are so many things going wrong within my family, that I am overwhelmed with depression and discouragement, especially now during Christmas. In addition, I have fallen twice in the last two years, most recently last week. I was getting stronger and back to normal when I fell last week. Now I am in terrible pain again and feel hopeless.
