Ngezana should never play for Chiefs again. If Sithebe is going to be an effective midfielder, a lot of work needs to be done on him. He is too slow, unable to protect the ball and makes wrong decisions when passing the ball or doesn't release the ball in time.
Wingers and fullbacks need to be taught how to make attacking runs.
